Founded in 1989 by Monique Marguerettaz, MARGUERETTAZ IMMOBILIER is built on a deep-rooted family tradition. From the very beginning, our mission has been clear: to provide personalized support based on mutual trust and an intimate knowledge of our region.

In 2005, Richard Marguerettaz joined the firm after earning his Master’s degree from IAE Savoie Mont-Blanc. Now at the helm of the agency, he continues to drive the company’s growth while remaining steadfastly loyal to the values that established its reputation.

Today, several family members play an active role in the agency’s daily operations, upholding a shared commitment to our clients and our local community.
